Chocolate Chip and Nutella Cookies
Ingredients:
200g all-purpose flour
100g sugar
50cl of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
150g chocolate chips
1 egg
100g of Nutella
50g peanut butter
100g butter
70g brown sugar
150g of oat flakes

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, mix the softened butter (100g) with the peanut butter (50g) until creamy.
Add the sugar (100g) and brown sugar (70g) to the butter mixture, then add the egg and vanilla essence. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Gradually add the flour (200g) and the oat flakes (150g) while continuing to mix.
Add the milk (50cl) and mix until you obtain a smooth paste.
Add the chocolate chips (150g) and Nutella (100g) to the batter, mixing gently so that everything is evenly distributed.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop spoonfuls of dough, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Let cool before enjoying.
