 Chocolate Chip and Nutella Cookies



Ingredients:

  • 200g all-purpose flour

  • 100g sugar

  • 50cl of milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 150g chocolate chips

  • 1 egg

  • 100g of Nutella

  • 50g peanut butter

  • 100g butter

  • 70g brown sugar

  • 150g of oat flakes

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Air Fryer

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.

  • In a large bowl, mix the softened butter (100g) with the peanut butter (50g) until creamy.

  • Add the sugar (100g) and brown sugar (70g) to the butter mixture, then add the egg and vanilla essence. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.

  • Gradually add the flour (200g) and the oat flakes (150g) while continuing to mix.

  • Add the milk (50cl) and mix until you obtain a smooth paste.

  • Add the chocolate chips (150g) and Nutella (100g) to the batter, mixing gently so that everything is evenly distributed.

  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop spoonfuls of dough, leaving space between each cookie.

  • Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

  • Let cool before enjoying.
