Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
400ml of milk
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pinch of cinnamon
Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:
Peel the bananas and break them into smaller pieces.
In a blender, combine the banana pieces, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes if desired for a chilled shake.
Pour the shake into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
