Spicy -Fried Noodles with Vegetables
Ingredients:
200g of flat noodles
100g of carrot, julienned
100g of cabbage, shredded
1 medium onion, sliced
150g of potatoes, diced
2 tablespoons of chilly sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Instructions:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the flat noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
Add the diced potatoes and stir-fry until they begin to soften, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the sliced onion and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
Incorporate the julienned carrot and shredded cabbage into the skillet, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add the cooked flat noodles to the skillet, followed by the chilly sauce and soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well before serving.
