 Spicy -Fried Noodles with Vegetables



Ingredients:

  • 200g of flat noodles

  • 100g of carrot, julienned

  • 100g of cabbage, shredded

  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • 150g of potatoes, diced

  • 2 tablespoons of chilly sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the flat noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

  • Add the diced potatoes and stir-fry until they begin to soften, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Add the sliced onion and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

  • Incorporate the julienned carrot and shredded cabbage into the skillet, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  • Add the cooked flat noodles to the skillet, followed by the chilly sauce and soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 3-4 minutes.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well before serving.
