High-Protein Nutty Snack Bar
Ingredients:
300g of rolled oats
500g of whey protein powder
150g of almond butter
100g of honey
100g of chia seeds
200g of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)
50g of dried cranberries
30g of dark chocolate chips
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, whey protein powder, chia seeds, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and melted dark chocolate chips until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well until fully combined.
Add the mixed nuts and dried cranberries, stirring until evenly distributed.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pressing it down evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
