 High-Protein Nutty Snack Bar



Ingredients:

  • 300g of rolled oats

  • 500g of whey protein powder

  • 150g of almond butter

  • 100g of honey

  • 100g of chia seeds

  • 200g of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)

  • 50g of dried cranberries

  • 30g of dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Baking Tray

  • Spoon

  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, whey protein powder, chia seeds, and salt.

  • In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and melted dark chocolate chips until smooth.

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well until fully combined.

  • Add the mixed nuts and dried cranberries, stirring until evenly distributed.

  • Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pressing it down evenly.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
