Ingredients:

  • 100g of flour

  • 50ml of milk

  • 30g of sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 30g melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microvawe Oven

Instructions:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together the flour, sugar and baking powder.

  • Add the egg and mix well.

  • Add the milk, melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

  • Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until cooked through. Cooking time may vary depending on microwave power.

  • Let cool for one minute before enjoying.
