 Mixed Fruit Juice



Ingredients:

  • 1 medium ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks

  • 1 orange

  • 1/2 cup of strawberries

  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

  • 1 cup of cold water

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Juicer

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

  • Measuring Cup

Instructions:

  • Start by washing all the fruits under running water.

  • Peel the banana and orange, then cut them into smaller chunks for easier juicing.

  • Remove the green tops from the strawberries and cut them in half.

  • In a juicer, combine the banana, pineapple chunks, orange pieces, and strawberries.

  • Add the cold water to the juicer to help with the blending process.

  • If you prefer a sweeter juice, add the tablespoon of honey.

  • Juice all the ingredients until smooth, and then strain if desired for a smoother texture.

  • Pour the juice into a glass and serve cold.
