Mixed Fruit Juice
Ingredients:
1 medium ripe banana
1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
1 orange
1/2 cup of strawberries
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
1 cup of cold water

Juicer
Knife
Cutting Board
Measuring Cup
Instructions:
Start by washing all the fruits under running water.
Peel the banana and orange, then cut them into smaller chunks for easier juicing.
Remove the green tops from the strawberries and cut them in half.
In a juicer, combine the banana, pineapple chunks, orange pieces, and strawberries.
Add the cold water to the juicer to help with the blending process.
If you prefer a sweeter juice, add the tablespoon of honey.
Juice all the ingredients until smooth, and then strain if desired for a smoother texture.
Pour the juice into a glass and serve cold.
