Nutella and Fruit Pancake Stack
Ingredients:
100g of all-purpose flour
50g of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
150ml of milk
30g of butter
50ml of maple syrup
100g of Nutella
150g of yogurt
200g of assorted fresh fruits (like strawberries, bananas, and blueberries)
50g of frozen fruits (to be used as a topping)
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixing bowl
Whisk
Frying pan
Spatula
Serving plate
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and lemon juice.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
Pour a ladle of the batter onto the pan and cook for about 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook for another minute until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the pancakes as they are cooked.
To serve, stack pancakes on a plate and spread a layer of Nutella between each pancake.
Top with yogurt and drizzled maple syrup, and garnish with a mix of fresh and frozen fruits.
