Molten chocolate cake
Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate
100g butter
150g de sucre
4 eggs
100g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
a pinch of salt
Kitchen Tools Needed:
a salad bowl
a whip
a cake pan
an oven
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Add the sugar and mix well until you get a smooth texture.
Add the eggs one by one, mixing between each addition.
Add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt, then mix until the dough is smooth.
Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan.
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, the cake should be cooked on the outside and soft on the inside.
Let cool before unmolding and serving.
