 Molten chocolate cake





Ingredients:

  • 200g dark chocolate

  • 100g butter

  • 150g de sucre

  • 4 eggs

  • 100g flour

  • 1 sachet of baking powder

  • a pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • a salad bowl

  • a whip

  • a cake pan

  • an oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • In a bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave.

  • Add the sugar and mix well until you get a smooth texture.

  • Add the eggs one by one, mixing between each addition.

  • Add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt, then mix until the dough is smooth.

  • Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan.

  • Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, the cake should be cooked on the outside and soft on the inside.

  • Let cool before unmolding and serving.
