Cinnamon Sugar Cookies



Ingredients:

  • 200g de All Purpose Flour

  • 100ml of water

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 150g de Sugar Candy

  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder

  • 50ml de Olive Oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • In a bowl, mix 200g of All Purpose Flour, 1 tablespoon of Baking Powder and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

  • In another bowl, mix 100ml of water, 50ml of Olive Oil and 150g of Sugar Candy until the sugar is dissolved.

  • Combine the two mixtures and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.

  • Shape the dough into small cookies and place them on a greased baking sheet.

  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
