Cinnamon Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
200g de All Purpose Flour
100ml of water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
150g de Sugar Candy
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
50ml de Olive Oil

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix 200g of All Purpose Flour, 1 tablespoon of Baking Powder and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix 100ml of water, 50ml of Olive Oil and 150g of Sugar Candy until the sugar is dissolved.
Combine the two mixtures and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Shape the dough into small cookies and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
