Ingredients:

  • 1 cup diced pineapple

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1 jalapeƱo, finely chopped

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of diced pineapple, 1/4 cup of diced red onion, 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro, and 1 finely chopped jalapeƱo.

  • Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the mixture.

  • Add salt to taste and mix well until all ingredients are combined.
