 Turkey and Avocado Wrap


Ingredients:

  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas (60g carbs)

  • 200g sliced turkey breast (50g protein)

  • 1 medium avocado (15g fat)

  • 1 cup mixed greens (5g carbs)

  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes (5g carbs)

  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots (5g carbs)

  • 2 tablespoons hummus (5g carbs, 2g protein)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Cutting board

  • Knife

  • Spoon

  • Plate

Instructions:

  • Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.

  • Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla evenly.

  • Layer the mixed greens, sliced turkey breast, sliced tomatoes, shredded carrots, and avocado slices on top of the hummus.

  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling stays inside.

  • Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
