Turkey and Avocado Wrap
Ingredients:
2 large whole wheat tortillas (60g carbs)
200g sliced turkey breast (50g protein)
1 medium avocado (15g fat)
1 cup mixed greens (5g carbs)
1/2 cup sliced tomatoes (5g carbs)
1/4 cup shredded carrots (5g carbs)
2 tablespoons hummus (5g carbs, 2g protein)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.
Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla evenly.
Layer the mixed greens, sliced turkey breast, sliced tomatoes, shredded carrots, and avocado slices on top of the hummus.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling stays inside.
Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
