Chicken Curry
Ingredients:
500g of chicken
200ml of liquid cream
2 tablespoons of curry powder
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a skillet on the stovetop, heat the olive oil and add the sliced onion and chopped garlic. Sauté until golden.
Add the chopped chicken and brown it on all sides.
Stir in the curry powder and mix well to coat the chicken.
Add the liquid cream and mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
