Ingredients:

  • 500g of chicken

  • 200ml of liquid cream

  • 2 tablespoons of curry powder

  • 1 onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • In a skillet on the stovetop, heat the olive oil and add the sliced ​​onion and chopped garlic. Sauté until golden.

  • Add the chopped chicken and brown it on all sides.

  • Stir in the curry powder and mix well to coat the chicken.

  • Add the liquid cream and mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.

  • Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
