Ingredients:

Instructions:
Prepare the Chili Cheese Mix:
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the sliced onions and sauté until soft.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the green chilies, capsicum, and chopped tomatoes. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables soften slightly.
Add chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, pepper powder, and salt. Stir to coat the vegetables with the spices.
Add soy sauce and mix well.
Add the paneer cubes or grated cheese. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese begins to melt slightly.
