Cheesy Pasta with Grape Salsa
Ingredients:
200g of pasta
100g of string cheese
100g of grapes
50g of salsa
2 eggs

Instructions:
Boil water in a pot on the stove top and add 200g of pasta. Cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually around 3-4 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, crack 2 eggs into a microwave-safe bowl and whisk them. Microwave on high for about 1 minute or until fully cooked, stirring halfway through.
In a separate bowl, chop 100g of grapes and mix them with 50g of salsa to create a fresh grape salsa.
Once the pasta is ready, drain it and return it to the pot. Add 100g of string cheese, stirring until melted and combined with the warm pasta.
Serve the cheesy pasta on a plate and top with the grape salsa.
