 Cheesy Pasta with Grape Salsa



Ingredients:

  • 200g of pasta

  • 100g of string cheese

  • 100g of grapes

  • 50g of salsa

  • 2 eggs

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Microwave Oven

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Boil water in a pot on the stove top and add 200g of pasta. Cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually around 3-4 minutes.

  • While the pasta is cooking, crack 2 eggs into a microwave-safe bowl and whisk them. Microwave on high for about 1 minute or until fully cooked, stirring halfway through.

  • In a separate bowl, chop 100g of grapes and mix them with 50g of salsa to create a fresh grape salsa.

  • Once the pasta is ready, drain it and return it to the pot. Add 100g of string cheese, stirring until melted and combined with the warm pasta.

  • Serve the cheesy pasta on a plate and top with the grape salsa.
