Cheesy Pasta with Grape Salsa
Ingredients:
- 200g of pasta 
- 100g of string cheese 
- 100g of grapes 
- 50g of salsa 
- 2 eggs 
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Oven 
- Microwave Oven 
- Stove Top 
Instructions:
- Boil water in a pot on the stove top and add 200g of pasta. Cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually around 3-4 minutes. 
- While the pasta is cooking, crack 2 eggs into a microwave-safe bowl and whisk them. Microwave on high for about 1 minute or until fully cooked, stirring halfway through. 
- In a separate bowl, chop 100g of grapes and mix them with 50g of salsa to create a fresh grape salsa. 
- Once the pasta is ready, drain it and return it to the pot. Add 100g of string cheese, stirring until melted and combined with the warm pasta. 
- Serve the cheesy pasta on a plate and top with the grape salsa.
