Creamy Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
200g of semisweet chocolate
3 eggs
60g sugar
200ml fresh cream
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Kitchen Tools Needed:

mixer
wooden spoon
mousse mold
Instructions:
Melt the semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, being careful not to burn it.
In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla essence until a light cream forms.
Add the melted chocolate to the egg yolks and sugar mixture, mixing well.
Add the fresh cream and mix until smooth.
Finally, gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
Distribute the mousse into glasses or a mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
