 Creamy Chocolate Mousse




Ingredients:

  • 200g of semisweet chocolate

  • 3 eggs

  • 60g sugar

  • 200ml fresh cream

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • bowl

  • mixer

  • wooden spoon

  • mousse mold

Instructions:

  • Melt the semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, being careful not to burn it.

  • In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

  • In another bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla essence until a light cream forms.

  • Add the melted chocolate to the egg yolks and sugar mixture, mixing well.

  • Add the fresh cream and mix until smooth.

  • Finally, gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.

  • Distribute the mousse into glasses or a mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
