 Sausage and Vegetable Scramble



Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 green pepper, diced

  • 200g sausage, sliced

  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying pan

  • Spatula

  • Cutting board

  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  • Add the diced onions and cook until they are translucent.

  • Stir in the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, or until they start to soften.

  • Add the sliced sucuk and cook for another 5 minutes until it’s browned.

  • Mix in the diced green pepper and cook for a few more minutes.

  • Crack the eggs into the pan and stir gently to scramble them with the vegetables.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook until the eggs are just set.

  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
