Sausage and Vegetable Scramble
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1 green pepper, diced
200g sausage, sliced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Frying pan
Spatula
Cutting board
Knife
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the diced onions and cook until they are translucent.
Stir in the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, or until they start to soften.
Add the sliced sucuk and cook for another 5 minutes until it’s browned.
Mix in the diced green pepper and cook for a few more minutes.
Crack the eggs into the pan and stir gently to scramble them with the vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook until the eggs are just set.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
