Quick Apple and Cheese Pie
Ingredients:
200g sugar
3 medium apples
50g olives
100g butter
150g yogurt
50g condensed milk
100g mozzarella cheese
30g cocoa powder
15g gelatin
100g fruit jelly
1 cup of strong coffee
50g of semisweet chocolate
50ml vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
300g wheat flour
200ml grape juice

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a blender, add 3 medium peeled and chopped apples, 200g of sugar, 150g of yogurt and 50ml of grape juice. Blend until a smooth puree is formed.
In a bowl, mix 300g of wheat flour, 100g of melted butter and 50ml of vegetable oil until a dough forms. Press this dough into a pie pan.
Pour the applesauce over the pie crust and spread evenly.
In a small saucepan, melt 100g of mozzarella cheese and mix with 100g of fruit jelly, 30g of cocoa powder and 50g of chopped dark chocolate until a creamy mixture forms.
Pour this mixture over the applesauce layer in the pie.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes until the surface is lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
