 Quick Apple and Cheese Pie



Ingredients:

  • 200g sugar

  • 3 medium apples

  • 50g olives

  • 100g butter

  • 150g yogurt

  • 50g condensed milk

  • 100g mozzarella cheese

  • 30g cocoa powder

  • 15g gelatin

  • 100g fruit jelly

  • 1 cup of strong coffee

  • 50g of semisweet chocolate

  • 50ml vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • 300g wheat flour

  • 200ml grape juice

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  • In a blender, add 3 medium peeled and chopped apples, 200g of sugar, 150g of yogurt and 50ml of grape juice. Blend until a smooth puree is formed.

  • In a bowl, mix 300g of wheat flour, 100g of melted butter and 50ml of vegetable oil until a dough forms. Press this dough into a pie pan.

  • Pour the applesauce over the pie crust and spread evenly.

  • In a small saucepan, melt 100g of mozzarella cheese and mix with 100g of fruit jelly, 30g of cocoa powder and 50g of chopped dark chocolate until a creamy mixture forms.

  • Pour this mixture over the applesauce layer in the pie.

  • Bake for approximately 10 minutes until the surface is lightly golden.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
