 Oat flakes with banana and almonds



Ingredients:

  • 50g oat flakes

  • 1 Banana (approx. 100g)

  • 15g almonds

  • 200ml milk (1.5% fat)

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Bowl

  • Pot

  • Spoon

  • Messer

Instructions:

  • Put the oatmeal in a bowl.

  • Add the milk and bring the mixture to a boil.

  • Slice the banana and add it to the oatmeal.

  • Roughly chop the almonds and add them as well.

  • Mix everything well and sweeten with honey if desired.

  • Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes until the oats are soft.
