Oat flakes with banana and almonds
Ingredients:
50g oat flakes
1 Banana (approx. 100g)
15g almonds
200ml milk (1.5% fat)
1 tsp honey (optional)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Bowl
Pot
Spoon
Messer
Instructions:
Put the oatmeal in a bowl.
Add the milk and bring the mixture to a boil.
Slice the banana and add it to the oatmeal.
Roughly chop the almonds and add them as well.
Mix everything well and sweeten with honey if desired.
Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes until the oats are soft.
