Ingredients:

  • 200g of yogurt

  • 100g of cream

  • 1 orange

  • 1 peach

  • 1 banana

  • 100g of pineapple

  • 1 mango

  • 100g of strawberries

  • 200ml of almond milk

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixer

Instructions:

  • Peel and cut the orange, peach, banana, pineapple, mango and strawberries into pieces.

  • In a blender, add all the chopped fruit, yogurt, cream and almond milk.

  • Blend everything until smooth.

  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve chilled.
