Spicy Vegetable Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 medium Carrot, grated
1 medium Potato, grated
2 tablespoons Soya Sauce
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup Flour
Salt to taste
Water as needed

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped onion, green chillies, minced garlic, grated carrot, and grated potato.
Add the flour, baking soda, soya sauce, vinegar, and salt to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
Gradually add water to achieve a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan on the stove top over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan, spreading it into a pancake shape.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are crispy.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat if necessary.
