 Spicy Vegetable Pancakes



Ingredients:

  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped

  • 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 medium Carrot, grated

  • 1 medium Potato, grated

  • 2 tablespoons Soya Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1 cup Flour

  • Salt to taste

  • Water as needed

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped onion, green chillies, minced garlic, grated carrot, and grated potato.

  • Add the flour, baking soda, soya sauce, vinegar, and salt to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

  • Gradually add water to achieve a smooth batter of pouring consistency.

  • Heat a non-stick pan on the stove top over medium heat and lightly grease it.

  • Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan, spreading it into a pancake shape.

  • Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are crispy.

  • Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat if necessary.
